I’d like to begin with a brief exercise this morning. I am going to show you a sentence, but only for a few seconds. I am going to ask you to do something, but I want you to keep it to yourself. Don’t shout it out or make a comment, just figure it out in your head. Ok, when you read this sentence, I want you to count how many times the letter F is used. That’s it.
