Advent 2021 Week 3 - Joy

When you do something year after year, it is interesting to look back at how you approach it from one year to the next.
Advent is one of those things for me. Imagine yourself looking at the same themes over the course of 30+ years and trying to approach it with fresh eyes.
School teachers who remain with a particular subject have to do this too. The difference is that there’s is daily, which would be even tougher. I am sure it is easy to start marking time, rather than trying to make the topic fresh to themselves and thus to their students.
