What do you think about God?

AW Tozer is credited with saying: “What you think, when you think about God, is the most important thought you will ever have.”

This is not just true because some people think it is the difference between heaven and hell, it is true because of who we become, how we behave, and what we do, due to this thinking.

Many years ago I had the opportunity to visit Tikal in Northern Guatemala. It is an amazing site of an ancient Mayan village. Like many of the ancient engineering wonders, it leaves you speechless when you see it. So many questions arise. How did they build such huge structures with no modern equipment? In many cases, these projects took generations, not just years. Can you imagine spending your life hauling and shaping rock, but never living long enough to even see one building built? Why?

What we think about God, is the most important thought we will ever have. Let’s talk about it. ~Matt
