Jesus and Power: Isaiah 11

Nov 10, 2024    Aaron Walters

We are now on the other side of the election. For some it is a sigh of relief, for others a gasp of disbelief. The things that all of us have in common is a desire for peace. We all desire to live in a place without tribal division, a place where we feel safe because the goodness and strength of God’s love reigns supreme. We all desire a place where we can rest and prosper and life into the fullness of who God has made us. We do not live in this place. Yet we long for it, and together pray for God’s Kingdom to come and His will to be done. This week we will look at Isaiah 11 as we consider the idea and hope of God’s Kingdom come. I hope to see you there. ~Aaron
